It is our intention to set up a WhatsApp group for parents and coaches to keep in touch in the event of training being cancelled (If we ever get to play out again!) due to weather etc or for parents to inform coaching staff if their children can't attend or for any other club-related matter.
I have been given a list of mobile numbers by June Middleton and I intend to set up the group next Friday (20/11/20). This will give time for any parent to submit their mobile number to us if we don't have it, or to inform us, in the event that we have your number and you feel that you don't want to join the group.

If I don't hear anything by next Friday I'll set the group up with the numbers I have already.
It will be an easier exercise to send out one message to the group rather than individually contact parents.
