Mr & Mrs Waite were on top form last Saturday. Phil destroyed the field at the Grasmere 17k finishing 1st in a time of 1:04:29. Katie did the 10k and was the second female in a time of 44:27. Also doing the 10k were Kath Crisp finishing in 50:16 and Jo Mcleod finishing in 52:34.
On the Sunday Ross Campbell finished 2nd in the Morcambe 10k in a time of 33:30.
